Sari is a holistic and intuitive psychotherapist radiating with warmth and empathy. Her unique approach focuses on utilizing evidenced-based theories combined with alternative mind and body approaches. She is wholeheartedly committed to helping others out of pain and suffering and driven to do whatever it takes to help clients experience a healthier more joyful way of life. 

Sari specializes in working with children, adults, couples and families on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. She holds a Psychology degree from Hofstra University and A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. She is also a credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) as well as a New York State Certified School Counselor. Sari holds certifications in Reiki, Hypnosis and Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals. 

 

ALEXANDRA LAROCCO, lmhc

Alexandra takes a holistic and integrative approach while providing an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment. Her technique relies largely on psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral theories. Alexandra's goal is to help guide you towards living a more meaningful and fulfilling life through treating the mind, body, and soul. She loves to incorporate alternative tools such as sound bath healing, body scans, guided meditation, and breathwork.

Alexandra specializes in working with individuals experiencing concerns relating to anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, and self-awareness. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury, where she received the Academic Excellence Award. Alexandra is also certified in EFT & Sound Healing.

 

DEANNA CALAMUSA, LP

Deanna is passionate about fostering genuine, trusting relationships. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and strives to create a space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her approach is collaborative and deeply personalized- rooted in the understanding that no two people are the same, and each person’s path to healing is unique.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational therapy, and psychodynamic principles, she works with clients to explore their inner experiences with openness and curiosity. She helps clients uncover how their life experiences shape their current behaviors and perspectives, facilitating deeper self-understanding and growth.

Deanna specializes in working with children, teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions or simply seeking a greater self-understanding.

Deanna has a Master’s degree in School Counseling and an advanced degree in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan University.

Gabrielle Schwartz, LMHC

Gabrielle is a holistic psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients find balance and harmony in their lives. She specializes in creating a safe environment and strong rapport when working with both male and female adolescents, young adults and adults.

Gabrielle uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to meet clients where they're at and address their mental, emotional, and physical health.

She works with clients to explore their unique needs and develop a personalized treatment plan that empowers them to heal and thrive. Gabrielle believes in the power of connection and self-discovery to help clients uncover their strengths, address their concerns, and develop practical strategies to improve overall well-being.

Gabrielle holds a Masters of Science in Education degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College.

Nicolette Illiano, MHC-LP

Nicolette is dedicated to supporting clients through their unique process of healing and growth. Her warm, down-to-earth, and realistic therapeutic style fosters strong and authentic relationships where clients feel safe, seen, and understood. Nicolette believes that by compassionately exploring our past in therapy, we can initiate healing in the present and make lasting changes for the future.


Taking a holistic, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approach to care, Nicolette uses a variety of tools including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support healing. With a focus on the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation, Nicolette emphasizes that feeling safe in our bodies is essential for creating a sense of safety in the world around us. Her goal is to empower her clients to feel in control and grounded in their lives.


Nicolette specializes in working with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & complex trauma, codependency & perfectionism, abandonment, grief, and relationship issues. She is trained in Jungian Sandplay Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University.
